1. The prayers are in the following terms:

"10.i That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present writ petition and direct the respondent State to produce the entire record pertaining to present case before this Hon'ble Court.

10.ii That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the Respondents thereby quashing and/or declaring the impugned notification as well as amendment dated 05.07.2019 incorporated under CG Cooperative Societies Rules, 1962 as ultra vires and unconstitutional.

10.iii That, any other relief which Hon'ble Court think deemed fit and proper in the ends of justice may kindly be awarded to the petitioner."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission of this Court to withdraw the matter.

3. Permission is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. In the said circumstance, we direct the Registry to cause the security deposit submitted by the petitioner as per receipt/Book No. 93826, dated 29-08-2019, to be returned.
