2. Petitioners Mahendra Singh Thakur and Chandrabhan Singh Thakur appearing in person would submit that the SDO(R), Durg has drawn proceeding under Section 170-B of the CG Land Revenue Code, 1959 (in short "the Code, 1959"), however, final order has not been passed in the said proceeding even though

hearing has already been concluded more than 4 months back.

3. If that be so, let the SDO(R), Durg pass final order in the pending proceeding under Section 170-B of the Code, 1959 within a period of 15 days from today. Petitioners shall submit certified copy of this order before the SDO(R), Durg within a week.

4. Any violation of this order shall be viewed seriously.

5. Depending upon the outcome of the order passed by the SDO(R), Durg, the aggrieved party would be at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority under the Code, 1959.
