1) The present appeal i.e. CRA No. 1391 of 2021 and previously filed appeal CRA No. 1329 of 2021 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 01.10.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 4th F.T.C., Durg (C.G.) in Special Sessions Case (POCSO) No. 169/2019. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No. 1329 of 2021 has been preferred by the same appellant namely Punit Ghritlahre through his counsel Mr. Avinash Chand Sahu, Advocate whereas subsequent appeal i.e. CRA No. 1391 of 2021 is filed on behalf of same appellant through High Court Legal Services Committee. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal i.e. CRA No. 1391 of

2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.

2) List CRA No. 1329 of 2021 for hearing in its due course.

3) Registry is directed to publish the name of Shri Arjun Lal Singroul as counsel for the appellant also alongwith the counsel representing the appellant in CRA No. 1329 of 2021, in the cause list.
