Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 & 3 refers to Annexure R-1 & R-2 and would submit that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided.

Perusal of Annexure R-1 & R-2 would show that the representation filed by the petitioner has already been decided by the State. In view of such fact, the contempt is already purged and as appears no deliberate disobedience has been made by the contemnors. In view of this, the contempt petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
