The petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging that the respondent authorities are not taking any action against the accused persons for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34 of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has filed affidavit in this regard, investigation is going on and after conclusion of the investigation, further steps would be taken.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the State, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed further after obtaining the outcome of the investigation.
