1. This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 790/2015 registered at P.S. Civil Line, Bilaspur (C.G) for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case, the applicant along-with other accused namely Manoj Sonwani & Prashant Jwale in order to provide government job has received a total amount of Rs.15,60,000/- from Tikamchan, Poshan, Rewa Ram and Vikash and when jobs were not provided the complaint was filed.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in fact the entire monetary transaction was made by Prashant Jwale and Manoj Sonwani and the present applicant is a lady who is working as Shiksha Karmi, Grade-III and is disabled to the extent of 40%. It is further submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated and the entire allegations are attributed to Prashant Jwale and Manoj Sonwani, therefore,

the applicant may be enlarged on bail.

4. Per contra, learned State Counsel opposes the bail.

5. Perused the statement of witnesses wherein direct allegations have been attributed to this applicant that she alongwith her brother obtained money from different people and when the money was demanded, threats were extended that she will inculpate the complainant in false case.

6. Taking into such facts situation of the case and the way the offence has been committed I am not inclined to allow this bail application. Accordingly, it is rejected. Sd/- GOUTAM BHADURI JUDGE R a o
