1. Heard.
2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.167/2014, registered at Police Station Bagbahar, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 370, 371 & 374/34 of IPC.
3. The applicant along with co-accused Manvel and Bijendra persuaded six boys and four girls of Village Haldi Jhariya to
proceed to Delhi for the purpose of providing job. They were engaged with a Placement Agency, who in turn, directed the victims to do work in a Factory at Delhi.
4. Admittedly, co-accused Bijendra Das has already been released on bail vide order dated 11.5.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1884 of 2015. Several other co-accused persons have also been released on bail in M.Cr.C. Nos.878 of 2015, 1297 of 2015 and 4703 of 2015.
5. Considering the release of similarly placed co-accused persons as also for the reason that the applicant is in jail since 08.11.2016, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
