This petition is to correct the name of the applicant in the bail order dated 05.09.2016, passed in M.Cr.C.No.5140/2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the rejection order of the trial Court shows the name of the applicant as Manoj Choudhary but the actual name of the applicant is Manoj Kumar Suryavanshi since in certain papers name of the applicant is shown as Manoj Choudhary and the trial Court has also recorded the name of the applicant as Manoj Choudhary and it is in respect of Crime No.213/2016, registered at P.S. -Pendra, Police Chowki - Kotmi, District - Bilaspur, therefore, the counsel submits that despite the bail is granted to the applicant, he could not be released on bail.

The State counsel do not dispute that the name of the applicant is Manoj Kumar Suryavanshi.

On due consideration and having not opposed by the State counsel, it is directed that in the bail order dated 05.09.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No.5140/2016 the name of the applicant Manoj Choudhary, S/o. Besahan Choudhary be read as applicant - Manoj Kumar Suryavanshi, S/o. Besahan Choudhary.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed off. 6.
