The Tehsildar, Pathlgaon, District Jashpur has passed an order in petitioner's favour on 21.9.2017, against which, the Forest Range OfÏcer, Pathalgaon preferred an appeal before the SDO(R), Pathalgaon, wherein, an interim order was passed on 12.4.2018 and the appeal is pendingx consideration since thereafter.

2. Considering the fact that the appeal is pending consideration before the SDO(R), Pathalgaon, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the appellate authority shall consider and decide the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period f 4 months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
