1. The instant petition is filed to decide the representation moved by the petitioner for recognition/ Up-gradation of the Sanskrit Vidyalaya from Class 1 to 8 within a stipulated period.

2. Learned counsel for the intervenor refer to the document I.A. No.04 dated 21.12.2020 and submits that the representation of the petitioner has already

been decided by the District Education Officer on 24.12.2020.

3. Perusal of I.A. No. 04 dated 24.12.2020 shows that the representation of the petitioner for recognition already stand decided therefore no further relief can be granted by this Court. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge any further order, if so advised.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Jyoti
