1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.236/2013, registered at Police Station Dharamjaigarh, Distt. Raigarh for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 120B of the IPC.

2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. First bail application has been dismissed on merit by order dated 8-3-2016 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.1139/2016. I do not find any ground to entertain the second bail application. It is dismissed accordingly.
