Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw the present petition as of now, with a liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of the Civil Surgeon in the present case. 2.

Counsel for the State does not have any objection in this regard. 3.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the present Criminal Misc. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
