The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.118/2016 registered in Police Station D.D. Nagar Raipur, Civil & Revenue Dist. Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 395, 397, 347, 450, 506 of IPC & 25, 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, complainant Mahendra Kashyap has lodged a report on 19/05/2016 that the applicant alongwith other coaccused Jai Banjare and others who was earlier driver entered into the house of complainant tied the daughters and wife, thereafter initially took Rs.6000/-. Subsequently, took him to the office and looted amount of Rs.2,52,800/-. Subsequently, on a point of knife the accused and the other co-accused asked the complainant to leave them near engineering college, thereafter because of fear he left them. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, no allegation can be attributed against the applicant and on false allegations the applicant has been arrested, therefore applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the statement of Mahendra Kashyap and the other witnesses. Considering the way the offence has been committed and the recovery made from the applicant and the evidence which is available against the applicant, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
