1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 19.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Raipur to Kanker.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is an Assistant Grade-III and the said post is a district cadre post and transferring the petitioner to the different district would adversely affect the seniority as well as the promotion aspects of the petitioner, therefore, the impugned order is bad to that extent.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondent No.1 in turn shall decide whether the seniority as well as the promotion of the petitioner

would get adversely affected or not, if the petitioner is transferred out of district.

4. Let a decision be taken by the respondent No.1 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
