1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 21.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Kodgar, Pendra to Narmadapur, Mainpat.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that from 1992 till 2008 the petitioner has continuously worked in a Scheduled area and thereafter he was brought to non Scheduled area and now vide order impugned the petitioner is again sent to a Scheduled area which is contrary to circular of the State dated 03.06.2015 as also the transfer policy. The petitioner is more than 55 years of age and as per the transfer policy who exceeds more than 55 years of age should not be, as far as possible, transferred to a Scheduled area.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 day from today and the respondents, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order dated 21.08.2019 shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
