1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 22.08.2019, whereby the name of the petitioner has been shown to have been transferred at two places. At serial No. 9 the petitioner has been shown to have been transferred from the office of District Education Officer, Balod to Block Education Officer, Chhuriya, District Rajnandgaon. Likewise, at serial No. 19 the petitioner has again been shown to have been transferred from the office of District Education Officer, Balod to Government Higher Secondary School Rengadabri, Block Daundilohara, District Balod.

2. Given the facts that it is not clear as to where the petitioner has been transferred on administrative exigency, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the

respondent No.1 in turn shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
