1. Office objection is over-ruled.

2. Mr. Punit Ruparel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 131 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending consideration before the Collector, Mahasamund since 01/06/2019 and till date no substantial progress has been made.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.

4. Be that as it may, the Collector, Mahasamund is directed to consider the said application filed by the petitioner and take a decision on that after hearing the parties within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
