1. Heard on prayer for restoration of Criminal Revision No.904/2019, which was earlier dismissed on 30.07.2019.

2. Upon due consideration of the grounds urged in the application for restoration, I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause is made out for non-appearance of the applicant when the case was called out for hearing on 30.07.2019 was bonafide and not intended to delay the proceedings.

3. Accordingly, the application (CRMP) is allowed. Order dated 30.07.2019, dismissing the Criminal Revision No.904/2019 for want of prosecution is

hereby re-called and the Criminal Revision is restored to its original number, subject to applicant depositing cost of Rs.1000/- to the High Court legal Service Committee, within 6 weeks.
