This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.191/2017, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 471, 420, 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move again before the trial Court in view of the examination of several witnesses. 4.
