This is the second application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.303/2017 registered at Police Station Supela District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and Section 5(I) & 6 of the POSCO Act.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application . 4.

She is permitted to do so.
