1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the similarly placed persons are drawing more salary than the petitioner for which the petitioner has already made a representation which is pending consideration before the respondents 2 & 3.

Given the aforesaid fact, let the respondents 2 & 3 consider the case of the petitioner for grant of salary at par with the similarly placed persons whose details have been given by the petitioner in his representation. In addition to the representation that has already been made, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh representation along with all relevant documents to the respondents 2 & 3. Let the representation made by the petitioner be decided by the respondents 2 & 3 at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
