This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 277/2016, registered at Police Station Ajak Durg, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of IPC, 3 (1) (xii) & 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities Act), 1989. 3.
