ORDER

11.08.2017 Heard.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner prays for quashment of FIR and entire proceedings against him pending before the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Durg in S.T. No.89/2017. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondent/State that as per his information charge has been framed against the Petitioner under Section 306 of the IPC. Counsel for the Petitioner has also confirmed that charge has been framed.

Looking to this development, the Petitioner has option to move the revisional jurisdiction of this Court. At this juncture, learned counsel for the

Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision against the charge framed against him.

On the basis of aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
