1. None for the petitioner even in the second round.

2. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.10.2017 passed by this Court in WP No.164 of 2002.

3. This contempt petition was filed in November, 2018. The grievance was that the necessary steps in compliance of the Court's order have not been taken. Today, when no representation is being made, this contempt petition is closed, however, with liberty to revive, in case, the order of the Court has not been complied with.
