1. The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.734/2017 registered at Police Station Durg, District Durg, Chhattisgarh for offences under Sections 420 and 120-B/34 of the IPC.

2. It is alleged that the applicant has executed the sale deed of a land which is not available on the spot.

3. The bail application is allowed only on account of the fact that the applicant is a lady aged about 80 years and the applicant is directed to

be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
