1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.37/2017, registered at Police Station : Rajadevri, District Baloda Bazar -Bhatapara for offences under Sections 294, 323, 506-B, 325 and 326/34 of the IPC.

2. Considering the nature of allegations wherein the applicants assaulted injured Sevak Ram causing injuries over his parietal region by means of axe, this Court is not inclined to release the applicants on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicants to revive their prayer after examination of the injured person. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
