1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.115/2017, registered at Police Station : Sector-6, Bhilai Nagar District Durg for offences under Sections 366 and 376 of the IPC and Sections 7 & 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Considering the fact that the prosecutrix appears to be less than 18 years of age and the applicant has committed forcible sexual intercourse on number of occasions, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
