1. The limited relief that the petitioner at this juncture seeks is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation which the petitioner has made to the respondent No. 2 in-connectionwith the departmental examination for filling up the post of Divisional Coordinator, for which an advertisement has been issued on 16.10.2020.

2. According to the petitioner, there are some discrepancies so far as the

Hindi version as compared to the English Version of the advertisement which has been issued, which creates complication in the mind of the applicants including the petitioner as regards the eligibility criteria for participating in the same is concerned.

3. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, let the respondent No. 2 take an appropriate decision on the said representation (Annexure P/7) that the petitioner has filed at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
