1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.303/2017, registered at Police Station : Supela, District Durg for offences under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Considering that on the date of the incident, the prosecutrix was less than 18 years of age, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive his prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
