Learned counsel for the applicant at the outset submits that the trial is at the fag end, only the I.O. S.R. Patari and one more witness Shyam Singh are yet to be examined who are witnesses of the police department. However, it is further submitted that on the last date as per the information available from the order sheets the witnesses have not appeared, therefore, the case was adjourned before the trial Court. He prays that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
In view of the fact that the trial is at the fag end and only two witnesses of police department are yet to be examined, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. With the above observation, this petition stands disposed of.
