Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this bail application so far as it relates to applicant No.2 because she has already been arrested in this case.
Accordingly, the bail application so far as it relates to applicant No.2 is dismissed as not pressed.
After arguing for some time, counsel for applicant No.1 seeks to withdraw the bail application of applicant No.1 also and prays for issuance of a direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of regular bail application of applicant No.1. In view of above submissions, the application of applicant No.1 is also dismissed as withdrawn. In case the applicant No.1 files an application for grant of regular bail before the trial Court concerned, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably on the date of filing of application itself.
