Learned counsel for the petitioners after submission of the State counsel, submits that he wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach to the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and raise all the grounds there.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, he is allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the District Magistrate on 22.07.2019 before the DRT.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
