1. The case of the petitioner is that he was presently working at Higher Secondary School Kodiya, District Durg and he has been transferred by order dated 22.08.2019 to Higher School Sarekha, District Balod.

2. It is contended that petitioner's wife is also working at Durg, therefore, according to the policy of the government, the husband and wife are normally required to be posted at the same place and it is further submitted that till date no body has been posted at Durg.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of

10 days from today , and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferable within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 22.08.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed.
