1. Heard.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was alloted a house on 14.06.2018 (Annexure P-3) since the house was earmarked for dean, the petitioner has been served with a notice dated 21.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) to vacate the house within a period of seven days.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has applied
for the other house, however, within a period of 7 days during the Covid pandemic situation he will not be able to get any other house, therefore, some time may be granted to comply the order dated 21.12.2020.
4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 & 3 do not object to such grant of time considering the pandemic situation.
5. Considering the facts situation of this case and also the situation prevailing as of now, it is directed that the petitioner shall be given two months time to comply the order dated 21.12.2020 and the petitioner also undertakes to vacate the premises within a period of two months from today.
