1. This petition was filed by the petitioner seeking direction for increase in seat in the medical colleges. The basis for the prayer made was order dated 03.12.2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court in WPC No.2947 of 2020. However, that order has subsequently been recalled in the review petition filed by the National Medical Commission in Review Petition No.6 of 2021 vide order dated 14.01.2021.

2. The admissions have been drawn to close on 15.01.2020. The petitioner has otherwise already been admitted in a private medical college. Therefore, at this stage, no relief can be granted to the present petitioner.
