Ms Shahla Khokhar, learned counsel for the petitioner moved this Court with the following prayers:
"10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case for its kind perusal from the custody of the respondents.
10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the official notification dated 11.11.2020 and Hindi version of Gazette notification dated 22.09.2018.
10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to issue any other or further relief as it may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice in favour of the petitioner including cost of the present litigation."

Shri Sidharth Dubey, learned State counsel submits that no cause of action has arisen for the petitioner and the applications preferred by the
WPS 01 of 2021 candidates are still pending consideration which are to be considered in accordance with the law and in terms of the Advertisement issued. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission of this Court to withdraw the matter without prejudice to rights and liberties of the petitioner to move this Court as and when cause of action arises. 4.
Permission is granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
