Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a review petition before the Commissioner, Bastar Division Jagdalpur against the order dated 05.09.2018 and/ or file a fresh petition, if occasion so arises.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
