This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.404/2016, registered at Police Station Chakarbhatha, District Bilaspur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 506, 377, 34 of IPC.

Considering the nature of allegations including the allegation subjecting the complainant to unnatural sex, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage. 4.
