The grievance of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner Shri Pardeshi Sahu has died on 21.05.2018 and despite the application has been filed before the Naib Tahsildar for mutation of her name with relevant documents the same is not decided; therefore, the prayer is made to direct the Naib Tahsildar to decide the mutation proceedings of petitioner. 2.

Considering the limited prayer, if the application for mutation is pending adjudication before the Naib Tahsildar, he must adjudicate the same within a period of 90 days from the date of production of this order. 3.
