Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.313/2015 registered at Police Station- Pathalgaon, District - Jashpur (C.G.), for offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

As per the prosecution case, on 30.12.2015 a report was made by Kishore Kumar and Kamlesh Yadav alleging that without any sale deed, the area of the land at Village- Godhikala, bearing Kh.No. 72/1, was manipulated. The land was 0.560 hectare and out of that 0.400 hectare was recorded in the name of Shesho Ram. Thereby the offence has been committed.

Learned State counsel submits that information has been received that no case has been registered against the present applicant and

referred to the letter dated 20.09.2016. The State counsel is directed to place on record the same.

Perused the case diary and the letter, which shows that no case has been registered against the present applicant, which is signed by the SHO, P.S. Pathalgaon.

Considering the same no separate order is required as no case is registered against the present applicant.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
