1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to the extent of the inaction on the part of the respondent no.2 in not taking a decision so far as the granting of employment to the grand-child of the petitioner against the land belonging to the petitioner which was acquired.

2. Counsel for the petitioner took the Court through the correspondence

made between the Management of the respondent no.2 with the State authorities and that the State authorities have subsequently forwarded all the necessary documents and recommendations to the respondent no.2 for taking an appropriate decision which till date is pending.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to ensure that the claim of the petitioner is decided on its own merits in accordance with the rehabilitation policy in respect of granting employment at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
