Heard.

2.

This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.62/2017, registered at Police Station Dhamdha, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and Sections 5 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.

Even though it appears that there was love affair between the applicant and the prosecutrix, but considering the fact that the prosecutrix is less than 18 years of age, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.

4.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Shyna
