The petitioners are aggrieved of the action of the respondents in discontinuance of service of the petitioners with effect from 3.4.2019. 2.
According to the petitioners, the discontinuance of service has been done without any opportunity of hearing being given to the petitioners and giving reference to an order dated 12.7.2012.

Counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that similar nature of writ petitions had come up for hearing before this Court and this Court in a bunch of writ petitions has disposed of all such writ petitions whereby the petitioners therein have been granted an opportunity to make a representation for ventilating their grievances before the Collector, District Surajpur, therefore a similar order be passed in the present case also.

Considering the fact that similar disputes have been disposed of permitting the petitioners therein to approach the Collector, ends of justice would meet if the present writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a
representation before the Collector, District Surajpur ventilating their grievances which may also include unpaid salary, if any. 5.
On such representation being made by the petitioners, the respondent - Collector, District Surajpur shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.

Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case of the petitioners. The authority shall consider the case of the petitioners on due verification of the factual aspects from the concerned department purely in accordance with the rules. 7.
