1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.127/2016, registered at Police Station : Lalpur, District Mungeli for offence under Sections 450, 364A, 506 and 323/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with co-accused persons has allegedly wrongfully restrained the victim, abducted and criminally intimidated him as also caused simple hurt for the reason that he was not repaying the debt of Rs.39,000/-.

3. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 18.6.2017; investigation is complete, as the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
