Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 04/10/2018 1.

The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 25/08/2018 whereby the services of the petitioner has been attached from Vijaynagar to Ramanujganj, Rajpur.

The challenge is on the ground that, the Government itself has issued repeated instructions that none of the employees of the State Government can be placed under attachment. That in spite of that, the impugned order has been passed.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 in this regard within 2 weeks' from today and the

respondent No.2 in turn shall decide the same in accordance with the circulars of the State Government pertaining to attachment within a further period of 2 months.

Till the representation is decided, the respondents are restrained from giving effect to the impugned order Annexure-P/1 dated 25/08/2018 so far as the petitioner is concerned.
