1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner is shown to have been transferred from Darba, Tehsil Kurud to Sankra, Tehsil Nagri.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, he is not presently working on the said place and he already stood transferred vide order dated 04.02.2019 whereby he was transferred from Darba to Charra and he had immediately joined the transferred place i.e. at Charra, as such, the petitioner now could not have been transferred from Darba from where he already stood transferred earlier. Moreover, according to the petitioner, the impugned order is also one which fall within the ambit of frequent transfer as the previous order of transfer was issued just five months back.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 day from today and the respondents, in turn, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order impugned shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
