3. The trial Court has acquitted the accused persons of the charges under Section 20(ख)(2-ग) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25(1-ख) of the Arms Act, 1959.
4. Considering the nature of evidence available on record, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal against the acquittal, accordingly, Cr.M.P. is allowed.
