The Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Raipur to Jagdalpur.

The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is presently working at the Government Medical College Raipur and is now being sent to autonomous body at Jagdalpur which has it own set of Rules and Regulations and also service condition. Therefore, she could not have been sent to autonomous body without her consent. The second ground is that the husband of the petitioner is working at Raipur in the Government Establishment and therefore, as per transfer policy, husband and wife as far as possible retain in the same place. Third ground is raised is that the petitioner had recently been transferred from Rajnandgoan to Raipur vide

-2order (Annexure P-2) dated 17.01.2018 and in a short span of time, the petitioner has again been transferred which again is one of the reasons for which the petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court. 3.

Given the facts & circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned. 4.
