Counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants seek permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application and direction may be issued to the Trial Court to expedite the trial as early as possible.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
