1. The petitioners have filed this writ petition for getting promotion to the post of Teacher (Panchayat) (Librarian). The petitioners are Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) and posted in different primary schools of district Dhamtari.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition may be disposed off directing the respondent No.1 to decide the representation of the petitioners which may be filed by them.
3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners may file representation before respondent No. 1 within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and in turn respondent No.1 shall decide such representation filed by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representations in accordance with law.
